The article examines the relevance of the biophilic approach in the process of rebuilding the urban environment in Ukraine after the war. Biophilic design, which involves the integration of natural elements into architectural solutions, is becoming an important tool not only for creating sustainable and ecologically balanced cities, but also for improving the psychological health of residents.
The article examines the formation and development of the garden city concept in Poland during the first quarter of the twentieth century. The experience of Polish architecture and urbanism in the context of the garden city idea before the First World War and in the first postwar years is highlighted. Examples of realized Polish garden cities, the activities of both individual figures and entire societies and organizations that promoted the garden city concession are described.
The article attempts to outline the phenomenon of spatial segregation in Lviv. It highlights the historical aspects of this phenomenon, and their impact on the current situation. Also is outlined the own classification of the social groups which have developed at present city is considering the degree of their mutual isolation.
In this article, written for Ukrainian readers, the author concerns the features of the functioning of small towns. For this, he used examples of small towns in Saxony. The development of the aspect is based on many examples and field observations. A preliminary study by the author on this topic allowed him to check their result in discussions about the good quality of life in the city. The author concluded that not enough attention of government focused on the issue of state development planning for such settlements.
Запропоновано комплексний підхід до вирішення наукових і практичних завдань формування та розвитку територіальних систем туризму і рекреації, що ґрунтується на поєднанні урбаністики та туристичної логістики. На прикладі групи адміністративних районів Львівської області представлено урбаністичну концепцію їх перспективного туристичного освоєння і формування туристично-рекреаційної інфраструктури в контексті логістичної організації та управління туристичною діяльністю.
