In the context of martial law, it is important for clients of insurance companies to be informed and to be able to purchase insurance products remotely, as this requires the least amount of time and does not bind them to a specific place of purchase. It has been established that it is important for them to have a modern insurer's website where they can obtain the necessary information, select and purchase the necessary insurance products.

The article examines the intricacies of staff motivation at Ukrainian enterprises in the conditions of unprecedented challenges associated with the ongoing crisis and martial law. Modern motivation strategies, aimed at identifying and satisfying actual needs, should contribute to the formation of conditions that provide staff with a sense of stability and security, thereby contributing to an increase in their productivity and satisfaction at the workplace.

The article analyzes the problem of guaranteeing the rights and freedoms of Ukrainian citizens under the conditions of martial law. The article examines the scientific and regulatory approaches to defining the most important functions of local authorities, in particular, ensuring the constitutional rights and security of citizens.

The article analyzes the changes to the Criminal Code of Ukraine introduced during martial law in connection with russia's armed aggression against Ukraine. The needs and reasons for changes to the criminal legislation, which provide for harsher punishments compared to peacetime, are substantiated: the change in the social danger of crimes, the need to strengthen prevention, and ensure justice.

Problem statement. The requirement to make timely and correct administrative decisions is  relevant for public management at any level, in all countries  and in all historical periods. Therefore, many managers wonder how to develop a mechanism for making such a decision. There are conditions in which the administrative decision-making process acquires additional complications.

Summary. In today's conditions, the research of the legal framework in the field of notary is more relevant than ever. This is due to the fact that in the conditions of martial law, the notary, as well as other structures representing our state, underwent significant changes for the sake of the country's security.

The main legislation defining the legal, organizational and socio-economic principles of ensuring the health care of citizens are analyzed, the normative basis for the development of standards and clinical protocols for the treatment of diseases of the organ of vision are considered. The issue of the quality of ophthalmic services was analyzed from the point of view of their compliance with standards, cost efficiency, absence of negative consequences and priority orientation to the needs of the patient.
