THE ROLE OF MANAGEMENT IN THE SYSTEM OF SOCIAL ADAPTATION OF MILITARY PERSONNEL

Purposes. The purpose of the article is to study the role and importance of management in the process of returning servicemen to full civilian life. The authors suggest that effective management of military reintegration programs, including a comprehensive approach to social, psychological, and economic support, will significantly increase their successful adaptation to civilian life and reduce the risk of negative consequences of war, such as PTSD, depression, and suicide.
