A widespread use of alternative approaches, which satisfies the systematic and effective distance education needs the development of new areas of work and formation of education organization. However, there are some difficulties in using information-communication technologies (ICT) for Fine Arts profile disciplines study, that provide a significant amount of illustrative material and the need to implement most works without the computer equipment use, which leads to methodological approaches complexity of ecourses in these disciplines. The aim is methodological principles and practical aspects justification of creating and using Fine Arts blockdisciplines e-courses on the Moodle platform, the analysis of existing courses and developing of recommendations for their improvement.

The Fine Arts block discipline specificity, teaching of which provide Landscape Architecture and Park-Garden Construction Department lecturers, implies the existence of significant amount of visual materials. Most of the illustrations and the lack of computer equipment in performing laboratory and individual works is characteristic features of “Basics of the Fine Arts” and “Landscape graphic”, which leads to some difficulties in the e-course organization of these disciplines. In general, every discipline of ecourse provides theoretical and methodological materials, and final control accommodation. To theoretical material we belonglectures presentations and their notes, lesson, glossary and reference materials. The Moodle platform opportunities ensure the use of illustrative materials along with text explanations. In particular, in “Basics of the Fine Arts” and “Landscape graphic” e-courses are located illustrations in all kinds of materials, and most of them are concentrated in lectures presentations. In addition, there are significant differences in the e-course presentation materials for students of full and part-time study.

It is necessary to mention that theoretical material formation for the students of full time study it’s distribution within the training modules, differs from external students e-course envisages other structure. The most important section of ICT for correspondence courses students are “Between sessions materials”, wherethe largest number of theoretical and methodological materials are concentrated. Giving the details of the theoretical material presentation peculiaritiesfor students of different education forms special Lviv Polytechnic National University Institutional Repository http://ena.lp.edu.ua 57 attention should be payed to “Lesson”, which provides not only a passive student perception of information, but also control of the covered material. The theoretical material presentation intheform of “Lesson”is necessary, especially for external students, that allows them to exercise self-control knowledge. It is important the illustrations placing possibility in the form of schemes and figures.

The e-courses methodological materials peculiarities in the Fine Arts block disciplines is to place a large number of illustrative material in different ways.First of all, to clarify the work performance methods – the use of certain fonts, symbols, graphic techniques, etc. Secondly, the design, illustration the student the final results of his work (composite, colorful, graphic solutions, etc.) is also to important. The distinctions between materials for students of different education forms areslight.

Final studentsknowledge control is carried out due to testing. This form of control in the fine arts is extremely difficult due to several factors.Taking into account specific factors is possible through the use of Moodle platform, which provides a number of advantages which should include the following: diversity of types of questions (“conformity”, “response in Figure”, “short answer”, “multiple choice”);acapability to get a response after each question separately in the educational test;immediate result of the coverage of student responses for each question;usingpossibility of illustrative material for tasks forming.

Analyzing existing e-courses materials, created on the Moodle platform basis as “Basics of the Fine Arts” and “Landscape graphic” disciplines for students of different education forms,it is necessary tomention a great number of differences observed in the courses structure and presentation of material. As the most important should be named a significant number of illustrative material for clarification of methods of all activities and illustrate its end results as well assuch form of presenting information as a “Lesson”,which provides self-acquired knowledge for external students.
