The article focuses on the importance of website loading speed. It states that the faster the loading time of web pages, the better the conversion, search engine rankings can be, etc. It is noted that waiting for a website to load can lead to a negative user experience, which reduces trust, leads to a loss of reputation, lower search engine ran­ kings, reduced profits, etc. Based on the analysis and our practical experience in website development, we have systematised recommendations by category and provided practi- cal advice on how to speed up website loading.

The transition to sustainable development is a complex and long process. Climate and environmental changes that are happening to our planet are forcing us to accelerate this transition. It will allow to avoid the most dramatic scenario of a climate catastrophe, already in the second half of the 21st century. Significant reduction of energy using and other resources is an urgent need for creation  in a of architectural objects. They also became a key element  of recovery economy in the 22nd century.

As of today, the principle of zero-waste production is not only a global trend, but also an effective mechanism for protecting and preserving the environment, as well as making fuller use of the resource potential of enterprises. The main idea of zero-waste manufacturing is the transformation of raw materials received by the enterprise, its residues, as well as waste obtained in the production process, into finished products that can generate income.

Cities are constantly changing – new and existing facilities are created and reconstructed, existing ones are modernized, and new territories are developed, and, accordingly, public spaces are formed and develop in a certain way. To a large extent, this process is random and does not take place systematically, but this rather happens as a response to the urgent economic, environmental, social or other needs of city residents.

The paper deals with lustration as an institution of transitional justice, aimed at preventing recurrence of authoritarianism, protecting democratic achievements and creating a new political system. The principles of lustration and essential resources in Ukraine are defined in the article.

Запропоновано методологію захисту інформаційних технологій оброблення даних, управління, підтримки прийняття рішень, експертних систем на основі моделі об’єкт – загроза – захист та принципу цілісності системи безпеки на рівні взаємодії інформаційних ресурсів, систем, процесів, мереж (каналів), управління життєвим циклом та захистом.

In the paper considered the models of project portfolio’s formation and the allocation of resources between the portfolio projects under uncertainty, their advantages and disadvantages, the impact of organizational structures and modern software development technologies to reduce the uncertainty level, substantiated the necessity to use imitation to obtain decisions on planning in multi-project environment, offered structure of the simulation model.

Scientific approaches to defining the essence of the category of effectiveness are studied. In  terms  of  the  systems  approach,  the  structure-forming  factors  of  the  organization’s effectiveness  are  substantiated.  It  is  shown  that  the  identified  factors  and  criteria  of effectiveness are the basis for creation of the organization’s effectiveness control system. 

The article considers increasing the HR management efficiency by way of developing the social capital. The economic category of «a social capital» is analyzed. Peculiarities of the socio-economic factors of forming the social capital in current conditions are determined. The article also presents the general issues for future research in the field of human development.
