Features of the Swelling Kinetics of Polymer Materials in Blended Diesel Fuel

The work is devoted to determining the features of the swelling kinetic patterns of polymer materials in contact with blended fuel containing fatty acid esters. Kinetic equations for predicting the behavior of polymer materials in contact with blended fuel at different temperatures were obtained. Peculiarities of the swelling kinetics of polymer materials with different chemical structures in blended diesel fuel were studied. It was found that the process proceeds in two stages for any temperature conditions.

PREPARATION AND RESEARCH OF GELATINE HYDROGEL ANTI-BEDSORE MATERIALS PROPERTIES

The formation of the hydrogel polymer matrix duringthe gelatin cross-linking with dioxirane derivatives of polyoxyethylene glycolswere studied.The optimal conditions for their synthesis were determined. The characteristics of the hydrogel (swelling in different media, mechanical properties at different temperatures) were obtained depending on the type of dioxirane derivative and prepolymer ratio. The possibility of introducing several drugs into hydrogels was established and the release of these drugs was found to be prolonged.

Іnvestigation of gel formation peculiarities and properties of hydrogels obtained by the structuring of acrylamide prepolymers

The paper represents the results of the investigation of the formation of a polymeric matrix of hydrogel due to the structuring of polyacrylamide using its reactive polymeric derivative – poly-N-(hydroxymethyl) acrylamide. Research determined zones of optimum conditions of synthesis and characterized hydrogel depending on pH of media, the ratio between the concentration of prepolymers, and time of synthesis.
