enterprises based on process-structured design of its components are explored in this article. The
scientific opinions concerning the features and the need of develop this potential are developed.
According to results of studying the theory and practice of management of enterprises the system
proposed formation of the intellectual capacity of the entity for the main stages of its operation, such

Impact mechanism of growth target efficiency of staff motivation on quality work

The article considers the problem of personnel management as a key element for provision of normal and effective development of an enterprise in the present day economic conditions. Timeliness of investigation of conditions of dynamic and impactful personnel motivation enhancement mechanism creation has been elucidated. On the basis of analysis of personnel motivation viewed as a function of management activities, strategic principles and procedures for effective corporate motivation mechanism creation have been determined.

Regularities of low-waste technology of wastewater treatment by coagulation method

Mechanisms of wastewater purification from surface-active substances and of sulphuric acid dissolution of iron-containing sludge formed during the previous process have been established. Kinetic regularities of metal-containing sludge dissolution in sulphuric acid have been investigated. Kinetic equation which adequately presents the experimental data has been proposed; constants of this kinetic equation have been calculated.

Catalysis of Ethylene Oxychlorination into 1,2-Dichlorethane in the Presence of CuCl2/CuCl Active Centres on the Surface of -Al2O3

The structure of CuCl2, CuCl catalyst active centres on the surface of γ-Al2O3 has been investigated on the basis of X-ray diffraction analysis. The influence of the catalyst structure on the mechanism of ethylene oxidative chlorination has been determined. Using mass spectroscopy the difference in the structure of active centers and the mechanism of the deposited and impregnated types of CuCl2, CuCl/γ-Al2O3 catalysts in the process of ethylene oxidative chlorination into 1,2-dichlorethane has been studied.

The Process of Wastewater Treatment with Advanced Oxidation Methods to Remove Dye

The research revealed that Fenton reagent is to be utilized to remove the dye (active bright orange CS/5K) from industrial sewage. Hypercube Hyperchem Professional v8.01 software (trial) was used to carry out the quantum-chemical calculation of colouring agent structure and heat energy. Based on the information from references and the received experimental data, the oxidation mechanism of colouring agent (active bright orange CS/5K) by photo-Fenton system has been introduced.

Ozone and its Reactions with Diene Rubbers

The reactions of ozone with 1,4-cis-polybutadiene (SKD); Diene 35 NFA (having the following linking of the butadiene units in the rubber macromolecules: 1,4-cis (47%), 1,4-trans (42%), 1,2- (11%); 1,4-cis-polyisoprene (Carom IR 2200), 1,4-trans-polychloroprene (Denka M 40), and 1,4-trans-polyisoprene have been investigated in CCl4 solutions. The changes of the viscosity of the polymer solutions during the ozonolysis have been characterized by the number of chain scissions per molecule of reacted ozone ().

Obtaining of High Purity Amorphous Silicon Dioxide from Rice Husk

Using maximum extraction of carbon-containing components the content of amorphous silicon dioxide was increased in the rice husk solid residue. In accordance with the hypothesis about the mechanism of extracting carbon-containing components from rice husk by liquid extractants, proper extractants were selected. The effect of main technological factors including process temperature, time and concentration of the extractants was determined.

Kinetics and Mechanism of the Ozone Reaction with Alcohols, Ketones, Ethers and Hydroxybenzenes

The review, based on 92 references, is focused on degradation of organics by ozonation and it comprises various classes of oxygen-containing organic compounds – alcohols, ketones, ethers and hydroxybenzenes. The mechanisms of a multitude of ozone reactions with these compounds in organic solvents are discussed in details, presenting the respective reaction schemes. The corresponding kinetic parameters are given and some thermodynamic parameters are also listed.
