Quantum accumulation of electrical energy at interfacial boundaries in heterophase inorganic / organic clathrates

The work is devoted to the current problem of finding new ways and mechanisms of high-density electric energy accumulation. As a result of the conducted researches the system which allows to accumulate an electric charge at the expense of quantum effects and the phenomena without use of chemical reactions is offered. The basic idea was to form a material with a colossal area of the inner active surface with a sharply anisotropic chemical bonding character.

MINERAL WATERS STUDY WITH HELP OF ADMITTANCE SPECTROSCOPY

The paper proposes a method of identification of mineral waters by components of their immittance. The active and reactive components of the admittances are selected as such components. We received the results of experimental researches on components of admittance of mineral waters of different types in the frequency range of the test signal. Experimental researches were performed on real samples of mineral waters. Analysis of the results showed the following. Among all types of samples, Polyana Kvasova water differs significantly in electrical parameters.

SPECIALIZED SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE FOR IMPEDANCE SPECTROSCOPY OF THERMOELECTRIC ENERGY CONVERTERS

The technique of characteristics of thermoelectric energy converters based on the study of the frequency dependence of their impedance is presented. Specialized hardware and software for impedance spectroscopy of thermoelectric modules have been developed. For the analysis of the obtained spectra, an electrothermal model was taken as a basis, which describes the experimental results well and allows one to obtain not only electrical but also thermal characteristics of a thermoelectric energy converter.

Giant magnetoresistance effect in InSe<β-CD<FeSO4>> clathrate

The InSe$\langle\beta$-CD$\langle$FeSO$_4\rangle\rangle$ clathrate with hierarchical architecture reveals a giant magnetoresistive effect and extraordinary (oscillating) behavior of the current-voltage characteristics in the magnetic field in the direction perpendicular to nanolayers.  A new technological approach  for the synthesis of multilayered nanostructure is proposed.  It allows attaining a fourfold degree of expansion of the initial InSe semiconductor matrix in which the cavitate of $\beta$-cyclodextrin ($\beta$-CD) and iron sulfate served as a guest content.  This makes it possible

Influence of quantifying incorporates on aluminum alloy corrosion by using model examples

The object of research is model samples of electrochemically heterogeneous aluminium alloys with copper cathode inclusions of various sizes.

The purpose of the work is to study the influence of the size of cathode inclusions on aluminum alloy corrosion.

The effect of additional off-diagonal disorder of interionic interaction on charge-storage in sub-nanometer pores of supramolecular carbon supercapacitors

In this work, we report sub-nanoporous carbon which is synthesized for the first time by means of supramolecular engineering methods for efficient energy storage at the electrode/electrolyte interface. The achieved value of the differential capacitance more than twice exceeds the corresponding value for the known carbon structures. Based on the constructed impedance model and microscopic theory, the physical mechanisms of the investigated processes are suggested.

SPICE Model of Quadrature Synchronous Detectors for Impedance Measuring Transducer

The task of impedance measurement transducers’ SPICE simulation is presented. Wide range of impedance spectroscopy microelectronic sensors, namely, for Internet of things, are based on such measurement transducers. One of the attractive aspect of impedance spectroscopy as a tool for investigating is the direct connection that often exists between the behavior of a real system and that of an idealized model circuit consisting of discrete electrical components. The paper describes the approach to Nyquist impedance plot calculation using SPICE models based on quadrature synchronous detectors.

Вивчення інгібування корозії вуглецевої сталі методом імпедансної спектроскопії

The inhibitory action of nitrogen- and oxygen-containing inhibitors has been investigated by impedance spectroscopy using commercial Armco iron in 0,1 M solution of hydrochloric acid with butanol. The mechanism of blocking effect of the studied compounds has been determined.
