The article attempts to catalog the key markers of hate speech used in the propaganda narratives of the aggressor country to create an image of the enemy. The article analyzes an array of propaganda material produced by the Russian Telegram channel ‘SlezhuZa’. The most frequent and significant concepts for the propaganda ecosystem of the Russian Federation are identified: ‘Ukrainianism’, ‘Russophobia’, ‘decaying West’, and ‘Anti-Russia project’.

The aim of the paper is to identify factors responsible for gaining political and economic advantage in network society. The hypothesis is that network communication accounts for political and economic advantage. The Internet network and networking technologies provide new capabilities to new, network form of any system: political, economic (network economy), and social.

The article analyzes features of the network culture and its impact on the socio-cultural space of a human being, on values and communication existential expressions. Peculiarities of functioning and basic features of network culture are determined.
