Сolligative properties of lactose-free milk and whole milk under the influence of exogenous water and electrolytes.

The effect of exogenous water, electrolytes, and the degree of enzymatic hydrolysis of lactose on the freezing point and electrical conductivity of milk was investigated. It will make it possible to determine the quality of raw milk automatically using cryoscopy and conductometry. The obtained high-precision data can be used to develop new approaches to raw material quality control, optimize milk quality control methods, and improve technological processes of its processing.

THE STUDY OF PROPERTIES OF SODA PRODUCTION WASTES AS ANTI-ICING REAGENTS

The article considers the possibility of reducing the man-made load on surface and ground waters in Lysychansk-Severodonetsk industrial agglomeration caused by numerous sludge collectors and tailings storage facilities of various industries formed many decades ago. The paper provides information on the location and technical condition of the sludge collectors of the liquidated "LYSSODA" manufacture (Luhansk oblast), the amount of waste currently stored in them as well as the impact of these wastes on the quality of groundwater in the area where the sludge collectors are located.

Physical-Chemical Properties of Jet Fuel Blends with Components Derived from Rape Oil

The work is devoted to the development of alternative jet fuel blended with rapeseed oil-derived biocomponents and study of their physical-chemical properties. The modification of conventional jet fuel by rapeseed oil esters was chosen for this work among the variety of technologies for alternative jet fuels development. The main characteristics of conventional jet fuel and three kinds of biocomponents were determined and compared to the standards requirements to jet fuel of Jet A-1 grade.
