The formation of a national system of venture financing for many countries of the world is an objective necessity due to the specifics of their innovative economy and the urgent need to ensure the reproduction of national wealth on a high-tech basis.
Venture entrepreneurship guarantees high profitability for investors, has proven the effectiveness of the venture investment institute in developed countries as one of the effective tools for implementing an innovative growth model.
The goals of the article are to study the functioning of venture business in Ukraine, as well as the market of electric cars, its state and dynamics. The purpose of the article is to create effective mechanisms for the formation and development of venture structures, as one of the strategic entities of the economy of Ukraine, through investing in the market of electric cars, which are more environmentally friendly compared to cars with an internal combustion engine (ICE), in Ukraine through modeling .
In modern conditions, innovation is one of the most important factors of economic development, and the development of innovation is the main condition for ensuring the competitiveness of the econ- omy. Therefore, modeling the development of venture business is relevant and very important for the development of investment and innovation market and structural adjustment of Ukraine's economy.
A review of scientific sources, which reveal approaches to assessing the development of venture structures (for example, venture funds), suggests that the problem of assessing the development of both enterprises and venture structures requires further study, and existing developments contain generalized and recommended character, as they explain only certain aspects and components of de- velopment.
Purpose. The aim of the article is to reveal the essence of venture business, its role and significance. Identify the importance of the state as one of the interested participants in the venture capital market. Investigate and form the goals of the system of state financing of venture activities. Identify and disclose methods of state incentives for venture financing. Consider the five main types of budget allocations. Investigate the elements of the system of state incentives for the venture capital market in different countries on examples.
Under the effectiveness of information provision of innovative projects should be understood as the optimum correlation between the result of using system of information provision and the spending for it’s purchase, installation, workpiece, exploitation as well as the correspondence of functional characteristics to the defined purpose and objectives. Today there is no single unified approach to evaluation the effectiveness of the implementation of information provision, as there is no industry standard information provision.
The process of information provision of innovative projects is complex, since it requires the application of certain skills of a methodological and technical nature. The design and implementation of innovative projects begins with the collection and processing of information about the external environment and internal processes. Using at this information systems raises the effectiveness of their implementation.
However, him permanent improvements will result in the successful implementation of innovative projects.
