The article is devoted to the application of artificial intelligence in jurisprudence. Artificial intelligence systems can be applied in various sectors of the economy and be integrated into the justice system, spreading across borders and can easily circulate around the world. Some states have already considered adopting national rules to ensure that artificial intelligence is reliable and safe, and that it is developed and used in accordance with fundamental rights obligations.

A study of the nature of the category "legal status of a lawyer" has shown that it is one of the most fundamental and at the same time one of the most complex categories in jurisprudence. This is due to the fact that, on the one hand, this category has received a wide range of applications both in legal theory and in practice, and on the other - in modern legal science there is no single (universal) approach to understanding its essence.

Specific features of research management in the environmental sector, due to modern needs and intended primarily for practical and useful results is analyzed in the article. The necessity of complex research, application of comparative legal method is emphasized. Analysis of jurisprudence, including legal opinions of the Supreme Court of Ukraine as an indicator of
the real state of relation in the sphere of environmental protection is considered in the article.

It is shown meaning of labor dispute and determined jurisdiction of the courts of his decision. The specificity of consideration of labor disputes for reinstatement of workers dismissed for various reasons stipulated by labor legislation. A detailed analysis features compensation for moral damage caused by unlawful dismissal.
