Concepts and Types of Cyber Offenses in Criminal Law

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of the concept and classification of cyber offenses in criminal law. The author analyzes different approaches to defining the terms "computer crimes", "cyber crimes", "Internet crime" and others, emphasizing the difference in their application in legal science. Special attention is paid to the positions of scientists regarding the interpretation of cybercrime and its place in the field of criminal law.

Dynamics of the world government reaction to cyber threats: lessons for Ukraine

The article analyzes the dynamics of the world government reaction to cyber threats and the ways the public administration provides information security of Ukraine under systematic cyber threats. Taking into account the experience of the world’s leading countries in managing counteraction to cyber threats, and, from the point of view of systems analysis, the ways to improve information security of Ukraine are outlined.

Studied the main trends influence on formation of preventive and adaptive mechanisms for ensuring information and cyber security enterprises. Key trends of the modern business and social environment include: globalization, informatization and individualization of consumer needs; mediatization, territorialization and universalization of social phenomena.

The Model of Information Protection Management in Telecommunication Systems

It is proposed and studied the model of conflict interaction of objects and subjects of cyberspace based on the principles of construction discretionary access control models in information and telecommunication systems. The model can provide information security system in the form of Euclidean product of sets, which components are elements of information security. Cyberspace is defined as the Euclidean metric.
