Design of flowmeters for fluid energy carriers by means of “Raskhod-Ru” CAD

A new methodology for designing the differential pressure flowmeters for fluid energy carriers has been developed in order to provide the minimum uncertainty of flowrate measurement results. This methodology is implemented in “Raskhod-RU” CAD system for the computer aided design and calculation of differential pressure flowmeters. “Raskhod-RU” CAD meets the requirements of new Standards (DSTU GOST 8.586.1,2,3,4,5-2009 and GOST 8.586.1,2,3,4,5-2005).

The essence of uncertainty serves as an attribute of political life. It is indicated that today the issue is related to various manifestations of political uncertainty in conditions of relative stability or instability and the crisis of transitional societies. The very nature of uncertainty is influenced by various aspects: uncertainty due to the fact that it is impossible to predict values of a factor with accuracy; transformation; unpredictable behavior of participants in a conflict of interests in politics.

Methods for Defining the Binary Coal Mixture Composition in the Pulverized Coal-Fired Boiler

The paper deals with the methods for defining the composition of the coal mixture burnt in boilers at combined heat and power plants. Indirect methods for defining the proportions of the two grades of coal in the mixture based on the available information on the quality characteristics of the coal are proposed. According to the first method the coal mixture composition is determined based on the values of volatile substances content in the combustible mass of the coal mixture and of each grade of coal making up the mixture.

The Model of Information Protection Management in Telecommunication Systems

It is proposed and studied the model of conflict interaction of objects and subjects of cyberspace based on the principles of construction discretionary access control models in information and telecommunication systems. The model can provide information security system in the form of Euclidean product of sets, which components are elements of information security. Cyberspace is defined as the Euclidean metric.
