Management of the Professional Development of the Future Manager at the Initial Stage of University Education

The article analyzes the structure of the process of professional formation of future managers, identifies the components of the characteristics of a future specialist that ensure effective management of professional formation. The concept of professional formation of the individual, which is considered by scientists as the formation of professional orientation, competence, socially significant and professionally important qualities and their integration, readiness for constant personal and professional growth, is de- fined.

Training and formation of public administration in Ukraine: current situation and new vision

The article analyzes the current state of civil service personnel formation. Attention is drawn to the existing problems in this area: the imperfection of competitive procedures and vocational training's inefficiency. The normative-legal basis of the construction of state personnel is investigated. Emphasis is placed on the importance of an individual civil servant program, which forecasts the needs of a civil servant and considers the unique needs of a civil servant.

In  the  article  on  the  basis  of  the  current  national  legislation  taking  intoaccount  modern 
challenges,  an  innovative  model  of  higher  education  institution  inUkraine  is  outlined.  In  the 
system  of  institutions  of  higher  education  of  Ukraine,  the  following  four  main  types  of 
ownership  can  be  distinguished:  it  is  a  state-owned  higher  education  institution  established  by 
the  state  financed  from  the  statebudget  and  subordinated  to  the  relevant  central  executive 

Legal education reform: foreign experience and ukrainian realities

The article analyzes the foreign experience reforming legal education and defined the prospects of its implementation in Ukraine. It has been found that the use of international experience in the learning process becomes particularly relevant with the development of postmodernism, when the company moves to a new historical synthesis forms with the state. After reviewing certain aspects of legal education of international experience proved that it will contribute to more active implementation in the domestic legal practice these developments.
