COMBINED SOLUTIONS USING BIOSURFACTANTS BASED ON WATER-INSOLUTE BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE COMPOUNDS

Solutions of biologically active substances insoluble in water (thiosulfoesters, anthraquinone derivatives, pyrazoline) were obtained using a combined solvent and biogenic surfactants. For this purpose were used rhamnolipids, their biocomplex with polysaccharides synthesized by the Pseudomonas SP strain. PS-17, trehalosolipids of the Rhodococcus erythropolis AU-1 strain, and the commercial biosurfactant surfactant. Aqueous dispersed systems of the studied substances were also obtained. The research results have prospects for use in pharmacy.

Вплив біогенних поверхнево-активних речовин на ріст олійних культур

In the paper the effect of biogenic surfactants synthesized by the strain Pseudomonas sp. PS-17 – rhamnolipid biocomplex and the culture liquid supernatant – on the growth of oilseeds – sunflower, rapeseed, oil radish and tyfon. The effect of biogenic surfactants on vegetation activity of oilseeds was studied in laboratory experiments and small-plot experiments via presowing treatment of seeds with solutions rhamnolipid biocomplex (RBC) and culture liquid supernatant (CLS) in different concentrations.

Development of New Antimicrobial Compositions of Thiosulfonate Structure

The antimicrobial composition based on the substance of thiosulfonate structure (ETS) and surfactants of microbial origin (biosurfactants) in the form of stable suspensions and ointments were developed and investigated for their effectiveness. The application of biosurfactants in the preparation enhances the antifungal and antibacterial activity of ETS and reduces its active concentration. The economic calculations have shown that the developed antimicrobial composition has a low cost and is competitive compared with antifungal agents present in the pharmaceutical market.
