The role of information and communication management in the strategic management of the organization is to ensure the effective collection, analysis and dissemination of information to achieve strategic goals. This area of management plays a critical role in the formulation and implementation of strategies because it allows the management of the organization to have access to important data to make informed decisions.

This article considers the problem of formalization of elements and binary connections of multifunctional data, which are components of cyber-physical systems. The concept of a free and active element of a complex system and its classes relatively interact with environment resources and consumer information messages. Six attributes of binary relationship elements such as information, material, energy, optics, management, and general have been classified. The table shows four classes of active interaction between elements of complex systems of signs.

Проаналізовано передумови виникнення стільникового зв’язку, описано основні види послуг, які надаються національними операторами та проаналізовано відомі системи самообслуговування абонентів. Обґрунтовано методологічні засади побудови модуля вибору тарифного плану та сформульовано висновки щодо можливості його проектування із використанням сучасних технологій програмування.

Розкрито сучасне розуміння феномена інформаційного суспільства, подані показники, тенденції й прогнози впровадження інформаційних технологій у світі та його вплив на глобальний розвиток. У цьому контексті розглянуто соціокультурні зрушення в Україні, безпосередньо пов’язані зі впровадженням і використанням інформаційних технологій, зокре- ма: поширення нових форм масової комунікацій, трансформація та розвиток систем «циф- рової» демократії та електронного урядування, сучасних технологій. Розкрито стан проблеми розвитку інформаційних технологій.

Any violations or problems in the establishment of cross-cultural communication in the organization can become the causes of potential conflicts. Therefore, for their prevention or faster solving, it is important to understand the possible causes of their occurrence.

The relevance of the study is determined by the need to find the means of achieving “multi-voice” media text that are optimal for the implementation of the journalist's communicative tasks; one of such tools is the particle movlyav. The article aims to investigate the communicative potential of the the particle movlyav in modern online media texts in the Ukrainian language, the task is to identify the functions of the particle movlyav, the emotional and evaluative load which it gives to the text.

The Internet, as a new medium, has quickly led to a change in patterns of discourse genres. The definition of signs of children's communicative space is considered and the significance of spatial composition in the process of socialization of children is determined.
