THE INFLUENCE OF THE EUROPEAN COHESION STRATEGY ON SOME ASPECTS OF AESTHETICS OF THE URBAN ENVIRONMENT

The article examines the issue of the influence of the European cohesion policy on approaches to the urban environment and assessing its quality. A number of parameters that determine various aspects of urban space transformation in the context of cohesion policy are analyzed. An assessment of the already existing experience of interpreting public areas is given, both from the point of view of functional efficiency and from the point of view of their aesthetic value. Some directions of the cohesion strategy which influence changes in the value perceptions of the urban space are outlined.

Nonlinear mathematical model of the five-container vibration system

The construction of a non-linear mathematical model of movement and interaction of  the commanding and executive components of vibration systems is an important task. It implements vibration technologies of separation, grinding, mixing, compaction, transportation, surface  product  processing  and  technology for regulating the vibration effect on systems and mechanisms for their further research to increase the efficiency of vibrating machines, devices, and mechanisms and relevant technological processes.

Peculiarities of the implementation of the legislation on public-private partnership in the field of environmental protection

The article considers the theoretical and legal issues of public-private partnership in the field of environmental protection.
On the basis of a comprehensive systematic approach to the study of legal phenomena, the peculiarities of the implementation of current legislation on public-private partnership in the field of environmental protection are studied.

Protection of environmental rights: theoretical and practiological nature

The article is devoted to the analysis from the point of view of theoretical jurisprudence and practical aspect of protection of ecological rights in the modern globalized society. It is emphasized that the environment is the common property of mankind, it is important to find progressive and multifaceted solutions to protect and enrich it. These decisions are comprehensive and include legal, institutional and organizational and managerial measures.

Mathematical model of dynamics of vibrating systems working environments

Using the apparatus of the special periodic Ateb-functions in combination with the asymptotic methods of nonlinear mechanics, the nonlinear mathematical models of motion of working environment of the oscillation system, which dependences take into account resilient and viscid making tensions from descriptions of the deformation state of environment, her physical and mechanical properties and features of co-operation of environment with the oscillation system, are worked out.

SCIENTIFIC VS ENTERTAINMENT CONTENT IN UKRAINIAN ENVIRONMENTAL TV DISCOURSE: PROBLEMS AND FEATURES

The article explores the coverage of topics of ecology in the news programs of Ukrainian television. Based on the study of news releases on the all-Ukrainian TV channel “1+1” and the specialized TV channel “ECO TV”, it emphasizes the importance of media discourse for the promotion of ecological knowledge in order to form a general environmental culture, environmental awareness and pro-ecological behavior. In general, there is a segment of scientific content in the modern Ukrainian environmental discourse, but its volume is insignificant compared to entertainment.

ASSESSMENT OF THE IMPACT OF THE PAPER ENTERPRISE ON THE ENVIRONMENT

Pulp and paper enterprises are of great importance for sustainable economic and environmental development of certain regions and the economy of Ukraine. Man uses many natural resources during the lifetime, creating a burden on nature. As the world's population increases, this load increases, leading to a shortage of resources and deterioration in the environment. The main activity of Kokhavynska Paper Mill PJSC is the production of sanitary products for the domestic market and export.

THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF THE EFFICIENCY OF APPLICATION OF MINERAL FERTILIZERS ENCAPSULATED WITH POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE

The environmental impact of residual mineral fertilizers not utilized by plants is analyzed. It is shown that this negative effect extends to all elements of the environment: soil, atmosphere, hydrosphere. The perspective of the application of encapsulated mineral fertilizers that allow prolonged release of plant nutrients is outlined. The appliccation of modified polyethylene terephthalate (PETF) as a capsule-forming material for encapsulated mineral fertilizers is proposed. PET modification and fertilizer encapsulation technologies have been tested.

Change of drivers functional condition while moving along highways of different technical categories

The article analyzes the influence of a human factor on road safety and the main methods of its research. The main indicators of the functional state of the drivers, which most accurately illustrate the change in the neuro-emotional stress while operating the vehicle in different road conditions, are determined. The regularities of changing the functional state of the drivers who were driving the vehicle along different categories of roads were established.
