Regulatory provision of the right to information in Ukraine: the state and proposals of improvement

The article is devoted to the coverage of one of the most important constitutional human rights - the right to information, the realization of which is necessary to ensure the basic conditions of human life. The purpose of the article is to analyze the normative provision of the right to information in Ukraine and to formulate proposals for its improvement. The research used general scientific (functional, axiological, comparative, logical, etc.) and special legal methods (interpretation of legal norms, functional law, comparative law, etc.).

RISK MANAGEMENT IN THE CLINIC - DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORIES

Adopting socially responsible management practices of the organization promotes greater awareness in decision-making, based on a better understanding of society's expectations, anticipation of risks, and opportunities. Responsible management of an organization can improve its relationships with stakeholders. Encouraging compliance with regulatory obligations leads to decisions that are more likely to gain the support and trust of those who implement them and who they influence. The result can be improved risk management practices and improved reputation.

NORMATIVE AND METROLOGICAL PROVIDING OF CLINICAL-DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORIES

Clinical laboratory diagnostics (laboratory medicine) is one of the most important components of the health care system, which provides medical diagnostic assistance to patients in assessing health status, diagnosis of diseases, monitoring of the results of treatment, further prediction of the course of the disease and quality of life that has a national importance in preserving and improving  the health of  the population.
