ADVANCED CLASSIFIER FOR EXPERT ASSESSMENT OF DIVERSITY AND COST OF NPP INFORMATION AND CONTROL SYSTEMS

The article presents a new classifier of types of diversity (version redundancy) for information and control systems (ICS) of nuclear power plants, which significantly complements the well-known classifier according to the NUREG-7007 standard by adding subtypes of diversity, taking into account production processes and the capabilities of FPGA technologies. A method of expert evaluation of diversion metrics and the cost of implementing alternative architectural solutions at the ICS NPP based on the extended NUREG-7007 classifier is proposed.

Mathematical modeling of the hierarchical ordering of the most significant cybersecurity threats in the public administration system: pairwise and comparative analysis

In this work, an in-depth modeling of cybersecurity threats in state authorities was carried out, which includes the creation of a hierarchical structure, multiple expert evaluation (Delphi method) and the application of the hierarchical analysis method with pairwise comparisons.  Initially, a global goal was defined — to rank threats by their degree of criticality.  For this purpose, a set of criteria was formed, in particular, the scale of damage, the probability of implementation, the impact on critical resources, the complexity of countering attacks and legal conseq

Procedures for Assessing the Quality of Electronic Learning Resources Using Petal Diagrams

The concept of visualization of the results of expert evaluation of the quality of electronic learning resources is considered. Much attention is paid to petal diagrams and their use in the visualization process. The algorithm for calculating the area of the petal diagram and the influence of the order of parameters on the area of each petal are described. The criteria for assessing the quality of e-learning resources and their weights for each of the experts are presented. The roles of experts with weighting factors are shown.
