The subject of the research is theoretical and methodological issues of digitalization of the process of work of an HR manager with personnel and justification of the possibility of investing in digitalization of the enterprise.
The work is dedicated to the development of a mobile chatbot containing an information currency converter, designed for use by a wide range of people. A chatbot is a subject-oriented text-based dialog interface that allows a user to perform a limited set of tasks: getting information about the current rate of currencies (USD or EUR) relative to the national currency and finding out the current rate of cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin) in dollars or euros.
With the development of technological tools, it is increasingly common to meet systems which are using online messaging applications for communication with users. This process occurs with the help of so-called chatbots. Chatbot is a programmable application in which the algorithm of interaction with the user, provided by developers, is implemented. The bot provides information in the form of text or audio messages.
Purpose – The purpose of the article is to develop directions and recommendations for implementing chatbot project as an important element of digitalizing work of HR recruiting manager.

Users have long departed from the format of receiving information through one channel. Today, audiences consume content through a variety of channels, from paper noses to receiving data through eyepiece lenses. Under these conditions, journalism must experiment, because no one can predict the trajectory of further transformations of the media system.
