Evaluation of Civil Servants’ Performance in the Context of Civil Service Improvement

Abstract. The article examines the issue of performance evaluation civil servants in the context of improving the civil service. It is emphasized that the evaluation of civil servants is an important element in management process which ensures transparency, accountability and compliance the official duties performance with the established standards. At the same time, an effective evaluation system should take into account current challenges and trends, including digitalization, increasing demands on the quality of services, and the need to adapt to changes in society.

Improving Microinterface Performance by Executing C Code in Javascript Execution Environments Using Bun

This paper explores a new feature introduced in Bun that allows for direct compilation and execution of native C code from JavaScript, opening up new horizons for integrating system libraries and improving the performance of JavaScript applications. We analyze the limitations of existing methods such as N-API and WebAssembly, focusing on their complexity and performance impact, especially in the context of using microinterfaces. Bun’s approach, based on direct compilation and the use of a lightweight wrapper, is seen as a potentially more efficient alternative.

Specialized Software Platform for Analysis of Information in Data Stores

In modern information systems, the client-server architecture is one of the most common models of interaction between users and servers. It ensures a clear distribution of responsibilities between the client, which makes requests for information or operations, and the server, which processes them and provides responses. With the development of technology and the increase in the load on servers, there is a need to improve the interaction mechanisms to ensure greater efficiency and performance of the system.

Algorithmic and software tools for automatic installation and starting of utilities in the windows environment

In today's world, the automation of installation and management processes of software in the Windows environment is a key element in ensuring user convenience and efficiency. Within this direction, a specialized program has been developed aimed at significantly simplifying the processes of installation and management of utilities. The program is equipped with an intuitive user interface that facilitates seamless integration with the operating system and provides users with easy access to the necessary tools.

Dynamics of Linear Productivity Distributor-Dispenser of Dispersed Components

Goal. Design development and analytical studies of the productivity of a linear dispenser-doser of dispersed components. Method. A mathematical model of the performance and speed of movement of a linear distributor- dispenser of dispersed components was considered, based on which a nomogram was built to determine the modes of its operation. Constructed dependencies and analysis of the obtained results were carried out with the help of a graphic editor. The results.

Anti-War Actionism (Art Activism): Features, Forms, and Evaluation of Possibilities. (Research Article)

In the article, the author elucidates the features of the postmodern approach to asserting the value of peace using the techniques of actionism (performance, happening, art installation, flash mob, etc.).  Anti-war actionism is considered as an element of the system of sociopolitical actionism. A set of spectacular forms of non-violent public protest against armed aggression and its consequences are analyzed. The fact that today’s anti-war actionism has gone beyond the narrow artistic environment and entered the broad social dimension is proved.

Development and Research of the Automated Methods for Assurance User’s Effective Performance

In the work the automated methods for assurance user’s effective performance are investigated. The structure of the automated system of support of human productivity is developed. For practical implementation, the MEAN technology stack is used, the interaction of its component is described. Automated methods in the form of an application are implemented and its main advantages are determined.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF MONOLITHIC AND CYCLIC NOISE-PROTECTIVE CODES EFFECTIVENESS

Comparative analysis of the effectiveness of monolithic and cyclic noise protective codes built on "Ideal Ring Bundles" (IRBs) as the common theoretical basis for synthesis, researches and application of the codes for improving technical indexes of coding systems with respect to performance, reliability, transformation speed, and security has been realized. IRBs are cyclic sequences of positive integers, which form perfect partitions of a finite interval of integers. Sums of connected IRB elements enumerate the natural integers set exactly R-times.

TWO APPROACHES TO RESTORING HISTORICAL BUILDINGS AND ENVIRONMENTS FOR THE THEATRE FUNCTION (BASED ON THE ARCHITECTURAL RECONSTRUCTION AND TECHNICAL REFURBISHING OF THE NEW FACILITY OF RYERSON SCHOOL OF PERFORMANCE, TORONTO, 2015–2016, AND THEATRE ON TH

The architectural reconstruction and technical refurbishing of the new facility of the School of Performance were concerned with accommodating the needs of teaching, production, and performance in a found space, the basement of Ryerson University’s Student Learning Centre with utilizing of the state-of-the-art technologies. Kyiv Academician Theatre of the Podil, one of the leading drama theatre companies in Ukraine, has finally got the permanent home with the state-of-the-art performing facility.

Verification of Computer Simulink-Model for Electromechanical System of Armament Complex Guidance of Combat Vehicle

The improvement of existing electromechanical guidance systems of the armament complex of combat vehicles should be implemented in the direction of increasing the speed and accuracy of positioning. The paper deals with the lifting mechanism of guidance of the package of guides of the multiple rocket launcher BM-21, which is a unit of the armament of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and is typical for many samples of weaponry.
