For the successful use of modern information technologies, it is necessary to effectively manage not only the network, but also information systems security (ISS), the information system on the level of the system must operate autonomously implementing the management structure of information security events, planning the composition of modular ISS and audit.
The paper represents the analysis of the main issues of system level self-diagnosis and explanation of its three basic problems. The main attention is paid to the problem of diagnosis which is expressed with the help of set theory. The influence of made assumptions concerning the allowable faulty sets on the diagnosis results is discussed with the help of simple example.
In the article the actuality of antici¬patory management of enterprises on the basis of weak signals in modern highly dynamic, uncertain and unpredictable operating conditions is grounded. The concept of anticipatory management of enterprises on the basis of weak signals by the process-structured approach is formulated. The methodology of evaluation of anticipatory management effectiveness implemen¬tation at the enterprises is characterized and the most popular results of anticipatory management fulfillment at investigated enterprises are shown.
