The article is devoted to the philosophical and legal justification of the organic laws of society and their significance for the stability of the social organism and the realization of human rights and freedoms. Organic laws are considered fundamental principles that determine the internal integrity of society, ensure harmony between individual autonomy and collective interests, and serve as a criterion for the legitimacy and effectiveness of positive law.

The challenge of effectively constructing ontologies from text documents remains unresolved, posing a critical gap in modern knowledge extraction methodologies. One of the primary obstacles is the lack of a standardized output format across different NLP tools, particularly text parsers, which serve as the foundational step in multi-stage knowledge extraction processes. While several widely used text parsers exist, each excels in specific functions, making it beneficial to leverage multiple parsers for more comprehensive ontology construction.

In the antinomian theory, a significant place is given to the anthropological features of a person. Such a statement takes place because human beings in law often, even sometimes unquestionably, focus on the fact that the main thing for them is the bodily nature of existence. Then all attention is directed to the fact that bodily behavior decides the righteousness or non-righteousness of life, and antinations are sought in this theory, which does not lead to a deontological result.

Описано систему автоматичного реферування множини документів. Показано, що серед існуючих систем практично немає таких, що займаються множинним реферуванням. Спроектовано інформаційну модель такої системи.

The system of the automatic abstracting of great number of documents is described in the article. It is shown that among the existent systems practically is not such which engage in plural abstracting. The informative model of such system is projected.

The research in the domain of autonomous intelligent agent is the foreground of the introduction of artificial intelligence solution in all areas of economy. The intelligent autonomous systems combine the usage of pattern recognition, reasoning, decision making, conceptual modeling techniques and methods. The important part of intelligent agent implementation is to find the conceptualization which is suitable to the current problematic situation. Despite all progress around autonomous intelligent agents, humans are much more flexible and creative in making the right conceptualizations.
