Interrelation of emotional intelligence and characteristics of managers’’leadership potential

The authors consider the interpretation of the essence of “leadership” and “emotional intelligence”. The purpose of the study is to form a set of knowledge and skills for the disclosure of emotional intelligence and the formation of socio-economic qualities of a leader. Among the tasks are the study of theories on determining the level of leadership potential, determining the level of leadership in managers of enterprise “A”, assessing the management of the enterprise on the basis of a questionnaire and determining the level of leadership potential of managers.

Thoretical and methodological positions of management of tolling operations at enterprises

For managers of enterprises, that realize tolling operations, an important task is to develop and implement the effective management mechanism of such type of operations to achieve the set goals in this area. It raises the need in compliance with uniform principles of management of tolling operations by both contractors of such interaction to establish mutually beneficial cooperation and avoid the conflicts of interests.

Function vision of strategic management in terms of unpredictable and rapid changes in the environment

It is emphasized the need to develop the strategic direction of the organization based tool “vision” by the author that develops strategic thinking in terms of unpredictable and fast changing environment. Various interpretations of vision as category management and strategic management functions are analyzed.
