It is emphasized the need to develop the strategic direction of the organization based tool “vision” by the author that develops strategic thinking in terms of unpredictable and fast changing environment. Various interpretations of vision as category management and strategic management functions are analyzed.
The basis for the formation of vision is the key ideas of the strategic orientation of the organization are defined. It is proved that the process-system approach allows opening the “black box” image of the future vision of the company, fill it with relevant content, explore a variety of mutual relations system and its processes, increase the objectivity and reliability of vision as a function of management.
