The industry of metal-plastic window structures is quite developed: this product is popular in many countries of the world. In Ukraine, the window market is growing relatively slowly compared to previous years, by 2019 and the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, there was a market growth of 5-7%. The growth rate and development of the market depend significantly on the dynamics of con- struction, which is negatively affected by the bureaucratization of the process of obtaining permits (for construction or reconstruction).

The article is devoted to the study of legal regulation of social relations in the Internet. The legislative regulation of the Internet as a special informational space and as a technological network is analyzed. Different approaches and classification peculiarities of legal regulation of the Internet as a technological network and as a special environment in which communicative relations are implemented are described. Determined the leading role of the state in regulating the Internet and establishing legislative provision, while the importance of self-regulatory relations.

Наведено структуру системи для технічної підтримки дистанційної форми навчання в Національному університеті «Львівська політехніка». Показано можливість розширення інтерактивних можливостей Віртуального навчального середовища Львівської політехніки.

In the article the structure of designed system to support distance learning at the Lviv National Polytechnic University is presented. The possibility of expanding interactive features of Virtual learning environment of Lviv Polytechnic is shown.

Представлено реалізацію інформаційного середовища для підтримки навчального процесу університету. Показано послідовність задач, які необхідні для реалізації інформаційного середовища та результати їх вирішення. In the article the implementation of the information environment to support the learning process of the University is presented. A sequence of tasks that need to implement the information environment and the results of their decision are displaying.
