Jan Łukasiewicz's article "Creativity in Science" is translated into Ukrainian for the first time.
For the first time, the article “Creativity in Science” by Jan Łukasiewicz, a well-known representative of the Lviv-Warsaw School, logician and methodologist of science, was translated into Ukrainian. A well-known logician refutes the thesis that sciences exist only to reproduce facts and establish truths based on them. Sciences exist to meet the intellectual needs of man, which are manifested in his desire to understand. Reasoning is a creative act that includes demonstration, deduction, affirmation and understanding, as well as creation of hypotheses.
The scientific heritage of the Ukrainian scientist S. Baley is investigated in the field of the
logic. The structure, problems and terminology of the textbook "Essay of Logic" by S. Baley
are analyzed.In the references the author's styleis unchanged with the knowledge that this is
not about the style and grammar, but about the formation and development of the logic in
Ukrainian science.
The article covers the main definitions related to this subject, it is analyzed the principles of criminal and penal legislation, service of sentence, ensuring satisfying judgment by penal institutions in Ukraine.
Reveals the importance of information sources for economic management in the
conditions of post-industrial economy, its task is to provide a wide range of involved parties. It
is argued that the accounting system does not provide for the formation of a database of
relevant financial and economic transactions engaged subjects of informational knowledge
economy, not provide figures forming all kinds of statements. We prove that the accounting
system makes it impossible to obtain the information necessary for strategic management
