The article examines the problem of the effectiveness of the mechanism of goal-setting of administrative law norms through the prism of defining its criteria and indicators. It is emphasized that the development of a methodology for their determination has long remained insufficiently researched, which has had a negative impact on both the law-making process and the practice of public authorities.

The intensification of military and political instability and the activization of European integration processes necessitate the development and use of precisely urgent instruments at different levels and in different spheres. In the conditions of fulfillment of European integration obligations one of the priority directions requiring urgent reforms is the customs system of Ukraine. Along with the already implemented reforms in the customs sphere, there are still a number of unresolved tasks that require the introduction of effective and progressive tools.

The article discusses the essence and concept of sustainable development, the results of the agro-ecological assessment of the given territorial community lands, and determines the indicators of the goals of sustainable development that can be used in the local territories. The author has worked on scientific materials in Ukrainian and international professional publications and outlined the prospects for further scientific research in this direction. The general scientific, ecological, sociological, and mathematical research methods are used in the work.

Purpose. The article is devoted to the problem of forming a methodological basis for conducting an economic evaluation of interaction in innovation processes.

The article proposes approaches and indicators for assessing the effectiveness of state regulation of sustainable development. The indicators of sustainable development of Ukraine according to world ratings are investigated. Forecast of indicators of sustainable development for the next three years is carried out. The influence of each individual indicator on sustainable development of Ukraine is determined.

The goal of the work is to propose architectural and information model for assessing the human condition on the basis of microservice architecture in medical cyber-physical system, which, in contrast to the known models for assessing the human condition, can simultaneously provide scaling, fault tolerance and increase the speed of human condition assessment. The theoretical substantiation and the new decision of an actual scientific problem of development and research means of an estimation of a human condition in medical cyber-physical system have been considered.

The system for various types of sensors monitoring and analysis has been described in the article. The system architecture and some aspects of implementation have been described.

The physicochemical properties of surface of the metal-containing polymer-silicate composites, which have been obtained due to compatible precipitation of water-soluble polymers and silicates under the influence of metal chlorides, such as specific surface area, the number of active centers, moisture absorption, sorption ability were studied.

The article substantiates the relevance of unification, harmonization and development of the theoretical and applied base of diagnostics of investment attractiveness of enterprises in the conditions of European integration of Ukraine. The theoretical and legislative principles of diagnostics of investment attractiveness of enterprises are critically analyzed. Based on the study of domestic and foreign diagnostic practices, as well as the challenges of European integration, it is proposed to apply a comprehensive approach to assessing the investment attractiveness of enterprises.

The content of cost criteria in managing the processes of capitalization of corporations,
the content of the formalized financial statements of indicators, their value orientation and the
disclosure of characteristics of indicators and indicators in the systems and models of the
created value of the enterprise are considered. The possibilities of integration of tools for
measuring cost parameters and traditional indicators of financial (corporate) reporting are
outlined.
