The editorial policy of open access of the journal is developed based on recommendations and standards of the Budapest Open Access Initiative ( Budapest Open Access Initiative`s definition of Open Access ). The journal uses the concept of "open access" that is given in the official documents of the Budapest Open Access Initiative.
Open access to the reviewed scientific literature means free public access through the Internet that allows any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or get links to full texts of articles, scan, transfer them for indexing as software data, or use them for any legal purposes, without financial, legal or technical barriers, with exception of those that are related to personal access of the user to the Internet. The only restriction concerning the reproduction and distribution of materials is copyright compliance in this field which provides an opportunity for authors to control the integrity of their work, and proper recognition of their copyright and citation.
The journal strives to promote the development of global open access to scientific information and research. Publisher provides free online access to all published materials for readers, scientists, and institutions (for example, to refer to the content or download, distribute, print, copy, and reproduce on any carriers except changing the content or for commercial use) in accordance with the terms of the license Creative Commons Attribution Non - Commercial 4.0 International Public License ( CC BY - NC ). License is valid under the condition that the original publication is cited. For the use of published materials in commercial purposes, written permission from the publisher is needed.
The journal provides immediate open access to all published materials that makes the results of research free accessible to the public and facilitates the global exchange of knowledge, and this means the following:
- each user of the Internet has free and unlimited access to the full text of articles published in the journal; manuscripts are available without subscription or financed barriers;
- after publication, all materials are immediately available online (without long waiting).
