Розглянуто основні моделі та засоби грозозахисту повітряних ліній електропересилання з проводами із захисним покриттям у мережах, напруга яких становить 6–35 кВ. Наведено особливості проводів із захисним покриттям порівняно з неізольованими проводами. Описано принцип роботи, основні конструктивні елементи та відображено можливі варіанти встановлення засобів грозозахисту. Проведено аналіз ефективності наявних засобів, а також основні вимоги до засобів захисту відповідно до нормативних документів.
