The essence of business conflicts’ origin is disclosed. The classification is given and
accounting of signs for detection of business conflicts in the construction of the local control
subsystem for state of economic protectability of enterprise is offered. The mathematical
description of the signs of business conflicts is used for their precise quantitative evaluation at the
current time and the possible warning in the future in the analysis of activity of economic entities.

Систематизовано методичні підходи до оцінювання економічної безпеки підприємства, запропоновано авторське трактування дієвості системи управління економічною безпекою підприємства, діагностовано стан економічної безпеки досліджуваного підприємства, удосконалено методику оцінювання дієвості системи управління економічною безпекою, яку апробовано на матеріалах підприємства, що здійснює зовнішньоекономічну діяльність.

The article deals with the issue of effective administrative and legal mechanism for preventing crime in the economy, to create appropriate conditions for the realization and protection of the national interests of the national economy, support of socio-political stability of the state and so on.
