Анотація. Стаття присвячена дослідженню правових аспектів впровадження та ефективності екологічного аудиту в концепції розвитку сталого природокористування, як важливого механізму екологічної безпеки.

Швидкий технологічний розвиток призвів до глобалізації усіх без винятку суспільних процесів. Саме цей фактор вплинув і на екологічну кризу, адже домінуючий спосіб природокористування виявився несумісним з біосферою, циклічним кругообігом ресурсів, енергії і інформації, що забезпечують стійкість глобальної екосистеми. Це спровокувало екологічний регрес і реальний глобальний омніцид.

The article outlines the main areas of interrelated and interdependent environmental
performance of the enterprise, which form the structure of management - environmental
management and auditing company. Established that multi-business enterprise can not at this
stage to formulate a systematic approach to its implementation without adequate system of
ecologically based management. Determined that the environmental activities of the company
and the environment - the only problem is its comprehensive sustainable development. The

National and international approaches to the definition of environmental audit are 
analyzed. Established, that some domestic scholars in their studies are based on the definition 
provided by the Law of Ukraine “On Environmental Audit”. It is proved that an 
environmental audit is closely linked to sustainable agricultural environmental management 
supporting and plays an important point in its information basis. Own approach to the
