У статті виокремлено актуальну проблему визнання та виконання рішень іноземних судів та арбітражів на території України – обставини, які унеможливлюють, чи ускладнюють таке виконання. Питання щодо визнання та виконання судових рішень іноземних держав в Україні сьогодні не втрачає своєї актуальності. Рішення іноземного суду визнається і виконується в Україні, якщо його визнання і виконання передбачено міжнародними договорами України. Рішення іноземного суду може бути примусово виконано в Україні протягом трьох років з дня набрання ним законної сили.

У статті проаналізовано стан і перспективи забезпечення ефективності та дієвості міжнародних природоохоронних договорів, зокрема Орхуської конвенції.

The article is devoted to the regulation of the stress-strain state in the compressed elements of steel frames under full operating load. It is proposed to perform reinforcement of such elements with different end eccentricities of load application by rational regulation of the stress-strain state in the reinforcement elements. It is shown that the use of SDS adjustment for frame racks increases their bearing capacity and reduces deformability and welds. The new proposed technology of SDS regulation and possible constructive decisions are offered.

Досліджено структурно-фазовий стан поверхонь хромованих покриттів, проаналізовано механізми зношування для підбору або розробки інших покриттів, які б забезпечили такі самі або й кращі триботехнічні характеристики вузлів тертя, що працюють в умовах граничного мащення. На основі аналізу структури поверхневих шарів та поверхонь зношування встановлено, що за всіх навантажень домінує абразивний механізм зношування.
