The article is devoted to the theoretical and legal aspect of the implementation of the institute of mentoring in higher education institutions in the context of the formation of a comprehensively developed personality, who has mastered all the necessary competencies through interpersonal interaction between the student and the mentor within the educational space.

It is emphasized that the present has actualized mentoring work with internally displaced persons, military personnel and persons with special educational needs.

У статті розглянуто підходи до розроблення та застосування інформаційних технологій для підтримання освітнього процесу осіб із особливими освітніми потребами. Запропоновано концептуальну модель, що об’єднує сучасні інформаційні та комунікаційні технології, методи штучного інтелекту, математичні моделі для персоналізації навчання та врахування індивідуальних особливостей учасників освітнього процесу. Розглянуто специфічні вимоги до інклюзивного середовища, зокрема врахування когнітивних, сенсорних та комунікаційних особливостей учнів.

The article deals with the specifics of the educational process for individuals with special needs. The IT support level of phases of the educational process for this category of persons was analyzed. The specificity of inclusive learning was considered. A model of IT support of the educational process for individuals with special needs was proposed.
