The key aspects of atmospheric air ecological monitoring concept formation on the urban system have been analyzed. The principal scheme of concept construction has been proposed. It has been defined that the concept has to be built on the anthropocentric approach. The samples of atmospheric air ecological monitoring unsolved issues on the urban system of the town of Kremenchuk (Ukraine) have been taken to concretize the integral parts of the concept with defining goals, objectives, statistic results and dynamic indicators of the concept implementation.

Зазначено, що нечіткість понять “глобальна політика” і “глобальний розвиток” відображає незавершеність глобальних досліджень. Визначено, що обидва процесуальні терміни породжені глобалізацією і відображають динаміку глобальної реальності. Констатовано, що досліджувані явища еволюціонують взаємозалежно і комплексно. Стверджено, що детермінантами функціонування обох явищ є соціальні чинники, а рушіями – глобальні проблеми як “виклики”.

Проаналізовано Державний стандарт “Елементи хімічні, речовини прості. Терміни
та визначення основних понять. Умовні позначення (ДСТУ 2439-94)”. Запропоновано
змінити українську назву хімічного елемента із символом “Hg” і залишити традиційні
українські назви трьох хімічних елементів (F, S, Ni). Рекомендовано ввести у
держстандарт поняття: “Нуклони”, “Нуклонне число”, “Протонне число”, “Молекула,
“Атомна одиниця маси”, “Атомна маса хімічного елемента”, “Молекулярна маса

An intellectual functioning of the agent as a rational behavior, which is an effort to get the maximum possible benefit from its activities, is considered. For this aim an intelligent agent is searching for new alternatives (methods, algorithms, etc.), use of which gives better results comparing with the reference approach. For such a search the agent uses domain ontology within which it operates.

In the paper the evaluation of the optimization problems that arise during the automatic ontology building on its structures and content. Formed a series of such problems. The methods and algorithms for their solution.

Entity-relationship model of concepts for building a translation system of the Ukrainian Sign Language is developed. Adequacy of the entity-relationship model of parallel sentences "Ukrainian Spoken Language - Ukrainian Sign Language" is investigated.
