Досліджено  історичні  аспекти  міграційних  процесів  в  Україну,  зокрема
особливості  соціального  й  політико-правового  статусу  мігрантів  на  прикладі
«російської» міграції  періоду  імперських  Росії  та  СРР.  Доведено,  що  росіяни  в  Україні
як  етнос  склався  в  результаті  міграційних  процесів.  Простежено  тенденції  зростання
чисельності,  напрями  розселення,  а  також  особливості  соціально-правового  статусу
українських  росіян.  З’ясовано  місце  російського  населення  в  етнічній  структурі

The article examines the anthropological perspective in the light of philosophical and legal knowledge and practical transformation of legal reality. Revealed methodological principles and main sources of formation of anthropological principle in the philosophy of law, elucidated the historical development of philosophical and legal views on the anthropological principle as part of the ideological and methodological foundations of philosophy of law. The essence of the anthropological principle in legal philosophy by analyzing the specific subject of philosophical and legal knowledge.

In the article the psychological and social economic substructure individual offender. It was found that the most common personality traits of economic criminal shown at the psychological substructure. Attention is focused on moral deformity individual criminal economic, manifested in careerism, authoritarian management style, and selfish consumer's attitude to his post.

Визначено роль середнього класу у суспільстві, виокремлено критерії його ідентифікації як економічного суб’єкта. Досліджено історію та особливості становлення сучасного середнього класу в США, а також проаналізовано чинники, які сприяли його формуванню. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз американського та українського середнього класу. Обґрунтовано необхідність участі держави у формуванні середнього класу, розроблено пропозиції щодо розв’язання проблем становлення середнього класу в Україні.
