Окреслено значення мотивування для розвитку інноваційної діяльності підприємств. Як один із елементів мотиваційної моделі на підприємствах, досліджено сутність категорії внутрішньої мотивації. З метою підвищення рівня управлінських процесів підприємства у сфері інноваційної діяльності, рекомендовано підходи до визначення рівня внутрішньої мотивації працівників підприємств.

National and international approaches to the definition of environmental audit are 
analyzed. Established, that some domestic scholars in their studies are based on the definition
