Розглянуто питання, пов’язані із забезпеченням принципів адміністративного судочинства, адже практична реалізація цих принципів є загальновизнаним критерієм правової держави та демократичного політико-правового режиму, що реально сприяє створенню справді демократичної та соціально зорієнтованої держави, яка немислима без сильної та незалежної судової влади.
У статті простежено та науково висвітлено розвиток особистості в системі соціальних спільнот, визначено загальне в індивідуальному. З’ясовано проблему особистості як індивідуальності у контексті порівняння категорій “індивідуальність” та “особистість”. Доведено, що розвиток особистості, розкриття її індивідуальності – це розвиток загальносуспільного в індивідуальному і через нього зростання багатства та розмаїття її духовного світу, розвиток ініціативи і творчих здібностей.
The perspective of applying legal norms for the reformation of language legislation specified in the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine is considered.
