Ефективність соціалізації осіб із особливими потребами значно підвищується через процес навчання. Використовувані інформаційні технології для підтримки освіт- нього процесу таких осіб повинні враховувати їхні унікальні особливості психофізичного розвитку. Важливою складовою є створення оптимального комунікаційного середовища та розвиток соціальних навичок, що необхідно для повноцінного залучення учнів зі спеціальними потребами до освітнього процесу. Аналіз світового досвіду в області інфор- маційних технологій дозволить визначити перспективні напрямки розвитку таких техно- логій, зокрема у створенні освітньої платформи для осіб із конкретними потребами.
