Summary. The process of successfully investigating crimes against sexual freedom and sexual integrity depends directly on how correctly and clearly the forensic characterization of the criminal offense has been established. In cases where a criminal offense is committed by a group of persons, as well as against a minor, during the investigation, investigators have many difficulties. Therefore, it is important to give a correct description of this criminal offense, and provide answers to some questions.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the issue of the identity of the criminal as an integral element of the forensic characterization of illegal privatization of state and collective property, the responsibility for which is provided by Art. 233 of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The opinion is substantiated that in order to build an effective forensic characterization, only those elements should be singled out that have a clear orientation and search orientation and can contribute to the determination of further directions of investigation.

Подано криміналістичну характеристику осіб, які вчиняють терористичні акти з
використанням вибухових пристроїв. Визначено основні ознаки терористичних груп,
які вчиняють терористичні акти. Класифіковано осіб, які вчиняють терористичні акти,
залежно від їхнього соціального та професійного стану.

Розглянуто сутність криміналістичної характеристики нецільового використання
бюджетних коштів посадовими особами. Окреслено основні елементи криміналістичної
характеристики на її розвиток. Взято до уваги сучасне визначення криміналістичної
характеристики нецільового використання бюджетних коштів посадовими особами.
Охарактеризовано окремі способи вчинення посадовими особами нецільового
використання бюджетних коштів. Подано склади злочинів які пов’язані з нецільовим
використанням бюджетних коштів.
