Анотація. В сучасних умовах дослідження нормативно-правової бази у сфері нотаріату є як ніколи актуальним. Це пов’язано з тим, що в умовах воєнного стану, нотаріат, як і інші структури, що представляють нашу державу, зазнали значних змін задля безпеки країни.
У статті досліджено основи нотаріального процесу в Україні, зокрема, наукові погляди та сучасні підходи до проблеми правового визначення нотаріального процесу, особливості нотаріального провадження щодо посвідчення договорів.
Таким чином, автор визначив, що під нотаріальним процесом розуміється діяльність нотаріальних органів, що здійснюється у встановленому законом порядку.
Дослідження присвячено актуальним питанням правового регулювання провадження нотаріальної діяльності в Україні. У статті висвітлюється одне з центральних питань здійснення нотаріальної діяльності в будь-якій з держав-членів Міжнародного союзу латинського нотаріату – поняття повноважень нотаріусів.
Автор здійснює порівняльний аналіз повноважень нотаріусів Грузії та України. Органи нотаріату як Грузії, так і України, покликані захищати суб'єктивні права та законні інтереси фізичних та юридичних осіб, які звертаються до них за вчиненням нотаріальних дій.
Досліджено питання щодо прав та обов’язків нотаріуса відповідно до чинного законодавства, визначено можливості вчинення ним тих чи інших дій та доцільність передання йому державою окремих повноважень. Визначено міру дозволеної поведінки нотаріуса та встановлено систему заборон у його діяльності.
The issue of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities

state. Particularly in terms of the quality and timeliness of the notarial services provided, the
attitude towards the average citizen of the notary depends to a certain extent. The article
