Досліджено питання нормативно-правового забезпечення основних прав, обов’язків та відповідальності Національного агентства з питань запобігання корупції в Україні. Визначено основні права та обов’язки Національного агентства з питань запобігання корупції в Україні та його членів.
Статтю присвячено аналізу питання легалізації дитячої евтаназії в Бельгії. У березні 2014 р. у Бельгії було введено в дію спеціальний закон, який дозволив застосування евтаназії до дітей не залежно від їхнього віку. Відтак, вона стала першою державою у світі, яка встановила настільки широкі рамки дозволу у цій сфері.
У статті досліджено окремі особливості адміністративно-правового статусу суб’єктів податкових правовідносин. Визначено поняття “правовідносин” та “суб’єкта податкових правовідносин”.
Розкрито характерні риси податкових правовідносин. Наголошено, що податкові правовідносини мають визначатися через такі категорії, як: об’єкт правовідносин, суб’єкт правовідносин, права й обов’язки суб’єктів правовідносин, підстави виникнення правовідносин.

Questions related to its essence and legal grounds of selection in quality of independent element of the legal status of convict are considered. It is well-proven that strong reasons are not for such selection.

Penal colony #18 (old name –98/18) of the Ministry of the Federal system of implementation of punishments of Russian Federation on the Yamalo-Nenets autonomous district, more known after the unofficial name “Arctic Owl”, is one of five colonies of the special mode for maintenance of convict to life imprisonment in Russia.
