THE IMPROWEMENT OF THE ENTERPRICE QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Article proposes the way to bring the quality management system of the industrial enterprise in line with the new standard ISO 9001:2015.

In the certain sequence the approaches for quality management are considered; it is indicated the importance of implementation and development of quality management systems at modern enterprises. Characteristics of existing quality management system of Energoresurs-Invest Corp. are analyzed and changes in the quality management system that have occurred in connection with the implementation of new standards are analyzed. Article shows how the improvement of the QMS permits to enhance the quality of products, to expand the range of new types of products and to ensure their competitiveness. For corporation which operates in the market conditions, it becomes important to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 concerning changes and approaches to the QMS construction and their continuous improvement.

Great deal of attention is paid to the application of risk-oriented mentality. It allows the organization to identify factors that may impact on processes and cause the undesirable deviations of the expecting results, to plan and implement actions that predict and minimize these impacts and finally contribute to continuous improvement of quality management system. Risk-oriented mentality ensures that the risks and capabilities of the organization are identified, analyzed and managed through the studies of quality management system elements.

Reorganized quality management system has become an effective mechanism for ensuring the effective management of production processes aimed at manufacturing the energy saving contemporary products and increase consumer satisfaction through the efficient application of the system. Improvement of the quality management system lead not only to quality products improvement but also to the enterprise business processes optimization that conjugates with the company's success in the market.
