Synthesis of Bioactive Folate-Ferrocene Conjugate

Through the stage of ferrocene carboxylic acid synthesis folate-ferrocene conjugate was first synthesized. The structure of the conjugate was confirmed by IR and 1Н NMR-spectroscopy. A study of the biological activity of folate-ferrocene conjugate by method of tissue culture was undertaken.
