SEARCHING OF BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF S-ESTERS 4-ACETYLAMINOBENZENETHIOSULFOACID USING METHODS OF CHEMOINFORMATICS

The biological activity screening of thiosulfonoesters was carried out using the SuperPred, SwissTargetPrediction, and molecular docking programs. Based on the obtained data from virtual screening, promising directions for experimental biological investigations of S-esters 4-acetylaminobenzenethiosulfoacid were identified.

Total phenolic and flavonoid content, antioxidant activity of thalictrum foetidum

The objective of the present study was to determine the total content of phenolics and flavonoids in extracts of Thalictrum foetidum. The total phenolic content was estimated spectrophotometrically using Folin Ciocalteu method. The total content of flavonoids was determined by spectrophotometric analysis, based on the measurement of the absorption of the complex of aluminum chloride with flavonoids. The antioxidant effects of the extracts Thalictrum foetidum were investigated.

Synhtesis, Structure, Characteristics of Zn(II) and Cd(II) Coordination Compounds with 3-Methoxybenzene Acid Hybrazid and their Biological Activity

Zinc(II) and cadmium(II) coordination compounds with 3-methoxybenzene acid hydrazide have been received from the hot ethanol or hydra-ethanol solutions in slightly acidic environment. Composition of the synthesized complexes is suggested on the basis of chemical analysis and the study of electrical conductivity of their solutions. The structure of the coordination compounds is established with the help of 1Н NMR and IR-spectroscopy and thermogravimetry as well as quantum-chemical calculations in the approximation of PM3.
