The article contains research materials on solving the problem of utilization of waste phosphogypsum by using it in the layers of the road base. For this purpose, composite mixtures based on raw dump phosphogypsum were prepared. The composition of the composite mixtures was optimized to maximize the phosphogypsum content. The phosphogypsum was stabilized with ground granulated blast furnace slag and Portland cement.

The work is devoted to the development of applied methodology for determination of thermophysical parameters of composite materials.

The paper describes main approaches to thermal analysis of composites in Termet CAE system. Also it describes some principles of FEM implementation in the system.

Basing on three dimensional texturing technologies was proposed a visualization method of representative volume elements of composite materials cellular models. In contrast to the known approaches, the method renders a composition of mutually orthogonal texture cut planes with the ability to rotate no texture, but the object itself. This enables better detailed final image with maintaining of the relative calculations simplicity.
