In this article the structure of Ukrainian-Russian-Belarusian-Polish dictionary of comparisons was analyzed and the technology of its transformation from paper into electronic form was proposed.

This paper is devoted to the definition of «pattern design requirements for an information system». A theoretic-categorical model of the pattern is proposed, the place of patterns in the information technology development and analysis of requirements for information systems is defined.
Наведено інформаційну систему «Logit», яка розроблена для забезпечення підтримки тестового контролю знань на всіх стадіях його життєвого циклу. У представленій інформаційній системі використовуються авторські сплайн-моделі для побудови профілів складності питань та рівня знань.
This paper describes an information system «Logit», which is designed to support test control of knowledge in all stages of its life cycle. This information system use authors spline-model to build profiles of the issues and the level of knowledge.
In this study the cyclic linear random process, which combines the properties of linear random process and cyclic random process, is defined. This expands the possibility of describing cyclic signals and processes within the framework of linear random processes theory and generalizes their known mathematical model as a linear periodic random process.
In the article the theoretical principles, methodological and practical recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of the information system were proposed. The analysis of the basic principles and methods of modeling of information processes and methodology of forming an information system are justified. A systematic approach that allows to consider general strategic objectives of association and to form patterns and limits for receipt and interpretation of decision support systems was formulated.
Проаналізовано моделі компетенцій та визначено їхнє значення в системі управління освітнім проектом підготовки фахівців з інформаційної безпеки (ІБ), яка враховує потреби ринку в них і вимоги зацікавлених організацій до таких співробітників. Визначено, що профіль компетенцій не статичний – він має властивість змінюватись залежно від ринку працівників, розвитку інформаційних технологій, зі зміною навчальних матеріалів тощо, тому система управління підготовкою фахівців з ІБ є динамічною і потребує постійного оновлення.
Запропоновано концепцію навчальної групи як основи для планування навчального процесу. Hаведено формальні означення основних об’єктів та операцій з використанням апарату теорії множин. Ця концепція може бути застосована для вдосконалення процесу планування навчального процесу з використанням інформаційних систем університету.
