The article deals with complex administrative and legal means that provide protection and protection of the child as a full-fledged subject of the information environment. The theoretical and practical significance of administrative and legal regimes in regulating the activity of the information environment is analyzed.
Modern development of society places new requirements on the educational technology processes. These requirements include the development of new approaches to learning, knowledge representation techniques, teaching logic of it’s transmission and control, principles structuring educational contents disciplines and methods of use of modern e-learning, namely the development of new learning technologies. Economic sphere, at the moment, this is one of those areas that needs competent professionals at all levels.

In the article the structure of designed system to support distance learning at the Lviv National Polytechnic University is presented. The possibility of expanding interactive features of Virtual learning environment of Lviv Polytechnic is shown.

Описано окремі модулі інформаційного середовища та зазначено шляхи його створення та розвитку. The article presents the experience of construction of computer information system for management of administrative processes at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, the basic modules of the information environment and a tasks for the future development of the system.
