Modern international legal means of protection of human and citizen rights and freedoms during a full-scale war on the territory of Ukraine

Abstract: this article analyzes modern international legal instruments for the protection of human rights and freedoms during a full-scale war on the territory of Ukraine, in particular during the conflict with Russia. Key international documents, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the European Convention on Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and the role of international judicial bodies in guaranteeing justice and protecting human and citizen rights are studied.

Regulatory provision of the right to information in Ukraine: the state and proposals of improvement

The article is devoted to the coverage of one of the most important constitutional human rights - the right to information, the realization of which is necessary to ensure the basic conditions of human life. The purpose of the article is to analyze the normative provision of the right to information in Ukraine and to formulate proposals for its improvement. The research used general scientific (functional, axiological, comparative, logical, etc.) and special legal methods (interpretation of legal norms, functional law, comparative law, etc.).

The general theoretical characteristic of relationship between freedom of expression and freedom of speech

In the presented work the author has defined the general theoretical aspects of relationship between freedom of expression and freedom of speech. Describes the notion and sense of “speech”, “opinions”, ”freedom of expression”. Also, formulated proposals for the law of Ukraine about proclamation of freedom of expression.
